Sealing Plate Material - Our standard sealing plate material is glass filled PEEK. PEEK on steel makes a good seal and allows long seat and plate life. PEEK is an inert material and is compatible with most gases and chemicals. However, if you require, Baymite can supply sealing plates made from any number of materials including 410 SS, 316 SS, Alloy 20 SS.

Spring Materials - Our standard spring materials are 302 SS or Inconel X-750. However, Baymite can also supply spring materials made from Alloy 20 SS, 316SS and many others.

Gasket/O-ring material - Baymite offers a number of gasket/o-ring materials to suit your application: Viton, Teflon, Teflon Encapsulated, and many others.
